La realitat ens diu que existeix un estigma sobre el consum del peix que versa sobre l\u2019exist\u00e8ncia d\u2019espines com a principal inconvenient a l\u2019hora de la seva ingesta. \u00c9s una realitat innegable per\u00f2 no insalvable. La naturalesa de les principals captures de les nostres costes presenten un extens univers de possibilitat en refer\u00e8ncia a la diversitat de peixos i esp\u00e8cies. No obstant, les varietats que es pesquen regularment i que presenten un valor comercial accessible a una fam\u00edlia promig, s\u00f3n tipologies de peix \u2018petit\u2019 del qual se\u2019n fa \u2018dif\u00edcil\u2019 la separaci\u00f3 del que seria la carn \u2018neta\u2019 respecte la seva espina. Es tracta doncs, d\u2019una necessitat detectada al nostre entorn m\u00e9s pr\u00f2xim i que cada cop m\u00e9s queda manifesta davant les tend\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s simplistes dels h\u00e0bits culinaris de la societat actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pretenem ampliar el nostre \u00e0mbit d\u2019actuaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 del per\u00edmetre que representa l\u2019acte de la venta de peix. Creiem que la \u2018tecla\u2019 a tocar \u00e9s un aspecte educatiu\/formatiu sobre els h\u00e0bits de \u2018menjar a taula\u2019. Hem el.laborat un s\u00e8rie de p\u00edldores pedag\u00f2giques, tant te\u00f2riques com pr\u00e0ctiques, que van adre\u00e7ades a tot el nucli familiar (tant adult com infants) que poden ajudar a superar aquesta barrera. Aquestes p\u00edldores pedag\u00f2giques de com ensenyar a menjar el nostre peix ja ha estat validada per diferents centres educatius.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 perseguim un objectiu de contribuci\u00f3 a una millora de la sostenibilitat (ambiental i nutricional), ja que potenciant el consum del peix de les nostres costes evitar\u00edem augmentar la petjada ecol\u00f2gica procedent de la importaci\u00f3 d\u2019esp\u00e8cies i de peix d\u2019altres parts del m\u00f3n. A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s el nivell de frescura i sabor que ofereix la nostra pesca \u00e9s contrastadament superior al de qualsevol altra proced\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u00faltima inst\u00e0ncia, tamb\u00e9 perseguim la racionalitzaci\u00f3 de la despesa de l\u2019acte de compra o del pressupost familiar dedicat al consum del peix.
